landlord refuses to give copy of tenants leaseI was looking at a houses in Gahanna, the contract went back and forth 3 times. The owner has a tenant this is located in Gahanna ohio. They are on a month to month basis. When I asked for a copy of the tenants lease the land lord/real estate did not even acknowledge this question in the counter offer. When a landlord puts the house up for sale is this not considered a type of notice? also if it a month to month why is this being avoided? Can this be considered false advertisement for sale? If the land lord / reals estate agent refuse to divulge this information? What right does a buyer have? Located in Ohio laws here I have researched don't really answer this type of question, Thanks frustrated in Ohio July 01 2012 - Gahanna00YesReport a ProblemProblemSelect oneOffensive contentIrrelevant contentSpam (pure self-promotion)OtherDetailsYour emailPlease enter a valid email address.Submit CancelContent flaggedWe will review this content.
