Relative of the neighbor lives at the end of the street and heard it was on forclosure months ago, just wonder if it will be on for sale anytime soon, thinking of moving closer to my folks and 14821 sierra way seems needed some work done, maybe will be selling for an affordable price, sure would appreciate if anybody when will it be up for sale, thanks.

A 90 day late notice has nothing to do with when a property may be put on the market.  And Foreclosure.com does a disservice to the public by implying that someone a few months late on their mortgage will be walking away from the property.  And your question has nothing to do with the address referenced in the Home Q&A.

A link to the property you wanted to steal:
14921 Sierra Way, 91706

The loan is presently not delinquent, as otherwise Foreclosure.com would still have it marked as pre-foreclosure.

But if you really want it, why don't you just offer them December 2006 peak bubble value; $451k?

They paid $295k on 4/27/04, and it is now estimated at $285k, so why do you want them to liquidate it for less than they paid?
