Thank you for letting us know that your home is not currently for sale. We have taken down the posting and followed up with the agent who posted it. Since the listing was received via an automated data feed, I need to point out that it could be re-posted while we work to have the responsible agent remove the listing from their database. When the agent removes the listing from their database, it will also be removed from Zillow within one or two days.

The agent's information shows because he posted the picture of the home. We have to delete the picture if you don't want his information to show up. Please confirm if you want us to do so.

listing expired agent not available please update
My house at 6330 Wares Ferry Rd, Montgomery, Al 36117, was listed for sale but withdrawn in February 08. It shows up as for sale with 38 days on Zillow, I looked for the agent but he doesn't seem to be at this company. I have no idea how a "Rick" listed my house for sale 38 days ago. Can you remove this so I can put a "Move me Price" on the house? Thanks.
