I have attempted to locate listing information on your home @ 121 North Brentwood, but am not seeing it posted. In searching the internet, I'm not seeing that any other real estate sites have your listing posted to their site, either. There are 2 possibilities;
1. The AVM (Automated Valuation Model) is not enabled in the listing, which keeps it from being submitted to websites that utilize that tool. (Zillow)
2. Your feed provider is not pulling the information into their feed to be syndicated out.
If the AVM is enabled, you will need to work with your feed provider/administrator to get your listing into a feed that is supplied to us.

I have checked our feed tool to see if this home is being sent to us, and I am not finding it. I attempted to find the home through your listings on your website, but was unable to locate it there. Neil is correct when saying it was removed back in October and we have not received an update since then. We highly recommend reaching out to your feed administrator and ask why the home is not being included in the feed being supplied to us. I will follow up with an email after this message.

We have not removed it. It was listed with another agent before us and then we took it over it is an active listing with us in Realtracs. What can we do to make sure it is showing on here? The sellers are upset that their home is not on here.

It seems that the listing for the property was removed on 10/15/2011 because it was removed from the broker feed. Please check if this listing is still included in the updates that they are sending us.
