Looking into the bird view and with all the zillow price. We can see zillow price is not correct. For the house is same builder, whole court same style, different floor plan. We are the original model home from the builder. first 3 house on the big lot. Our floor plan is the original biggest. other house floor plan is smaller.
Please stop using other school area house to compare with this top school area home value.
We are living here long enough and in real estate business. We are listing the house using the market fair value now!
