I have a free list of foreclosures. But I go a step further to look at the listings in my area to rank them according to what a buyer may actually want. So if a buyer is not wanting a fixer-upper, or certain neighborhoods, or certain pricepoints, this will save him the hassle of having to wade through all the undesireable properties. But if a property is an excellent long-term value, I give a opinion on what the prospects for the property are... It's like a Top 20 Properties of the Week Report.

HUD is not the only list of Foreclosures. HUD homes are generally low, cheap houses. There are foreclosures in all pricepoints. Some with HUD, some with Banks, some with private Equity Partners. If you want a list, let me know where you are looking for and a price point or size of property and I can forward them to you.

In what areas are you wanting the foreclosures? There are national listings or localized listings. The best access is through a Realtor. They actually know of properties which are also pre-foreclosures, BEFORE the are listed as Foreclosed. Feel free to contact me directly if I can help.
