Tom is right..progress is going along quickly. I'm amazed by the daily scenery change as I pass over the draw-bridge and along Ellison-Wilson Road to the office each day.
The project manager expects to complete the first house by th end of October. He doesn't know how longit will take for a certificate of occupancy.
While many deposits were placed almost a year ago..you should have seen the commotion in the sales center that night. There are still choice home lots and townhome units available now.
Let me know what your client is most interested in; intra-coastal, protected marina/canal or townhome..as you know, a brand new boat slip comes with each. The townhomes are single-level living of 2100+ sqft with garages and an elevator to the 2nd and 3rd floor resdineces.
I'm assuming you are a Realtor in NC and will be happy to share a referral commission with you. Write back or call with any other questions.
