Paint and flooring go a long way!  De-clutter the home and freshen up the outside with simple landscaping so buyers have a great first impression as they approach the home.  I also suggest to my sellers that they check for minor repairs in the home and to do a very thorough cleaning!

Increasing a homes value in this market is really out of your control. BUT what you can do is look at the homes that you would compete against in the market and Make yours more appealing. This will give the buyer that your home has a better value for the money. The best things to do Paint nuetral colors, declutter, smells good, easy showings, good curb appeal(flower). Hope this helps...
