Thank you, is the house currently for sale? You probably have a typing error so I am not sure what you are asking?
My suggestion, contact a local realtor in Hudson, Fl and ask them if it is currently on the market. It does not appear to be for sale....the old 'agent'remarks are still sitting there but it doesnt have a for sale sign. what you can do, is go into your local public tax records and see who owns it and when the last sale was.
Happy New Year!

Hi,
Here in MD any realtor can open the tax record based on address and look at property history. The tax record will provide you both the name and current address of the owner/owners if they are absentee. The problem sometimes is that out of state owners do not change their status from present to absent and therefore they do not include a current address. How ever you can always send a letter to the property address it might get forward; or it might get in the hands of someone that knows the situation.
If you are in the area, you can always knock on the door and see what you can find. But a local realtor an save you time and work.
Best of luck and happy new year!
