Good Morning, One option you might look at and I have structured several transactions like this is to buyout the mortgage insurance. I am assuming....I know this can be dangerous to assume...is the 80-10-10 is to avoid mortgage insurance. I have used our lender credit to "buy Out" the monthly MI which lowered our DTI and was able to get them approved.Check with the lender you are working with and see if he can do this.
