Good Morning,

One option you might look at and I have structured several transactions like this is to buyout the mortgage insurance. I am assuming....I know this can be dangerous to assume...is the 80-10-10 is to avoid mortgage insurance. I have used our lender credit to "buy Out" the monthly MI which lowered our DTI and was able to get them approved.
