It seems like I have had a lot of calls lately from consumer's wanting owners to carry the contract or a lease option to purchase.
We do have a way of designating terms in the MLS. However, they are few and far between. The best luck I have had for my clients is to call the listing agent and ask if they would accept these terms. Some sellers will.

Zillow can't help you directly with financing, but they do have lenders on here. If you go to the directory, you can find a local lender to talk to.
In the MLS, real estate agents can designate what kind of financing a seller will accept. You may want to contact a local area agent (I recommend Rena Herring) for your area. They can look up to see what properties that are currently in the MLS are designated as ones where the owners are willing to carry the financing.
You can also search craigslist for McMinnville and enter in owner financing in the search bar.
The challenge you will have is that very few owners are able to carry financing. You will have a small pool of homes to consider if that is one of your criteria.
