grand seas resort, plan is a fixed week but only balckout weeks are springbreak, speedweeks. 1 week every other year and can bank weeks not taken with a vacation club

Zillow is a poor place for timeshares as Zillow focuses on residential properties.   Here's a useful article from about.com on selling timeshares.
