we own a lot in the loma linda subdivision, abq, nm..  how to decide a fair asking price?  the neighborhood is well built up and nice homes around the lot.

If we're describing the same loma linda subdivision (near UNM area)- the houses in there go for around $200,000-ish (+/- $25K)- if this is the same neighborhood, you are one of the last lots available in this area (which usually means a higher demand for your lot)- how big is the lot?  I'll give you my opinion of value on it- one issue with vacant land is there aren't many banks doing land-loans.
