Contact a REALTOR. As a professional serving buyers and custom home builders, I find that there are often many lots on the market that are not even listed anywhere. Builders often must purchase or secure lots with developers years in advance of the subdivisions. Only a REALTOR who specializes in these will be able to really help you know what lots are available in your area.
Last year alone I sold dozens of lots directly through developers and builders which were not advertised, and some were not even yet recorded until the time of sale. This past Sunday I showed a custom home to a client and the were interested in purchasing a lot. There were 23 lots available through the builder/developer which I was aware were available but were not listed "for sale".

If you're asking about how you can search for lots for sale, just type any location in the Find search field (make sure to select Homes).

Once you get to the map part, click on Type at the left of the map and un-select the rest of the options except for Lots/Land to narrow down your search.
