A market analysis is typically done by a realtor. The info that you pull up on zillow won't take into account the actual condition of your property or other properties that have sold in your neighborhood. The zillow values are usually way off.

AA, I agree. If you can find a realtor who will do it out of kindness; that is your best option. You may also contact an appraiser as they also have knowledge of particular areas.

I agree! Toro, you can get about 50 zillow realtors to come over to your house and wash your car. Just go to the real estate forum and retype this question. You will get a bunch of hungry zillow realtors who would be more than happy to provide this service out of the goodness of their heart.
