Good to hear. What do you think of the new communities - Picket lane, starside and stansbury by Richmond American homes? These homes are fairly priced to upper 370k for move-in ready homes.

Eventually, I would like to see more sales above the 400k within 1/2 mile radius of Stansbury. If you do, please let me know.
