I misplaced the price on the Horse too.  I also misplaced the horse.  Perhaps the horse ran away?

If you don't like the price, you can lower it to $10.  Or you can offer if for sale for $35 million.  No one really cares.  And if you are talking about an "estimate"; they are not done by people, and only from country record data.  If you data is wrong, you should go to the county to correct it so they can raise your taxes.
