Thanks for the question. The intention of the language is that the API data cannot be displayed within a mobile app, no matter how it gets there.

I just came across this thread. Does this apply also to the Zillow neighborhood data which is available under creative common licence? Or only to Zillow API calls?

Is it ok if make calls from my mobile application to my server side application, which in turn, makes calls to the Zillow api, does some computations, and then returns data (Zillow and my own) to my mobile app?
I'm pretty sure I am ok with the "not implement the Zillow API" on my mobile app as all Zillow api calls are made from my server side.
When I return the data to my mobile app, is this considered "distribute the Zillow Data on mobile apps"? The data after all is not distributed WITH my mobile app and is not persisted anywhere within my mobile app. These are all stateless calls to my server and all data is forgotten afterward.
