mobile home septic on preexisting slab

the best place to put a mobile/trailer on new property is on a preexisting slab. but there is no septic in the slab. With out cutting into the slab, can a septic pipe be run from the home over the slab, into soft ground? we get a few weeks where we don't get above freezing over the winter.
