Yes, but only in selective countries, i.e. England, Spain, France, Dubai, etc. The mortgage financing may be taken in either the currency of your income, or the local currency of the subject property.

The list of countries include: Great Britain, Spain, France, Portugal, Dubai, Spain, Hong Kong, Singapore and New Zealand. Also covered are selected locations in Australia, Canada and the USA.
