You are probably right about the value being off. I would make a note of the fact that the property is a duplex on your home page and consider uploading a photo so people can see it for themselves.

Zillow's valuations seem to be closest when it is a single family house that has a good selection of comps. Duplexes sort of get the short end of the stick valuation wise.
