When I go to my home details page, I cannot find where it says "owner tools" so I can get a zestimate for my house. I've looked at the page probably 5 times now at different computers and still can't find it. Can you help?

Hi Bri_nin,

I am not from Zillow, but I can help I think. If you click on map & search, and type in your address, the first screen that comes up shows a little flag with your house. I believe the address is underlined. When you click on your house, a screen will come up with the zestimate right on it.

I checked your property and was able to verify that this is a missing home in our database.  You were given the option to create a property with your address but with blank information for you to fill-out however, your home would still appear as missing if you try to do an address search on the website.  It will just generate the map of your neighborhood based from your zip code making the flags an important tool for users to view your home details.
 
Since we don't have county records for your home, we would not be able to compute for its Zestimate or give you the chance to create your own estimate. You may want to post it for sale or create a "Make Me Move" price, so that you can give a value for your home.

The Zestimate value is an estimate of the worth of a house today, given the data we have available. It is not an appraisal and you won't be able to use it in place of an appraisal, though you can certainly share it with real estate professionals.

Our data sources may be incomplete or incorrect and we have not physically inspected a specific home. Since the Zestimate value is a starting point and does not consider all the market intricacies that can determine the actual price a house will sell for (such as entertaining offers, negotiating, closing costs, timing, etc.), it would really be best to use a Professional Realtor when appraising property.

Ok so my house has been fixed so now instead of my house being at 1140? sq ft it is at 1578 sq ft, so this being said why has my house not gone up in value on your so called zestimate now just my price per sq ft dropped from $143? to 126? And the avg are at $180? Still not making sense to me?
