We are getting ready to put it on the market, and would like you to know the remodel we did.  New roof, oversized patio that seats 100, french drains, gourmet designer kitchen (granite, maple and stainless), wood floors, tile baths and laundry room,  new cabinetry, mirrors and lighting in all bathrooms,  new lighting throughout, new window panes, new windows in living room, new furnace, recirculating hot water system, California closet systems in closets.

Once your home is listed there will be "an additional features" area so that the listing agent..if a member..can add the features. also, make them stand out in the comments portion of the ad.

The tool that will show the upgrades would be under "my estimate". If you've claimed your home, you can find this feature on the property details page, fill it out and make it public (or keep it private) as you prefer.
