I don't think Zillow aggregates listings for sale with the MLS automatically (I let Zillow confirm on that !) so some action must be taken. Usually there are 3 ways to make it happen:
- You sell by yourself (by owner) and you didn't post it on zillow,
- Your listing agent's brokerage has decided not to integrate Zillow in their marketing effort and do not link their listing to zillow.com. So you have to ask your agent to do it himself.
- Your listing agent's brokerage embraced Zillow as one avenue to market properties and all their listings are advertised for sale on Zillow.com, and usually they are online on Zillow within 24 hours.
The best would be to check with your agent.

If your house is for sale through an agent, you need to ask the agent why they don't have a data feed to Zillow. Zillow doesn't pick up from the MLS, the agent will need a different feed. They can read more about it in the FAQ about data feeds.
