Zillow gets most of there information from the PVA and tax records. If it is wrong then your information will be wrong. You should be able to request your PVA to correct it.

I do not see that this home is listed for sale. So, I am not sure why you are concerned about the Bedroom count.
You can change the count yourself by taking ownership of the home and make corrections. However, if that bedroom is below grade without egress it does not count as a bedroom.
