my home is listed on zillow with a value less then my whole developement-why?

202 snapdragon st, warrington PA 18976 same model as the last house sold and almost the same size lot (.46 vs .47) both corner lots with tree lined private yards. interior details very similar and exterior we actually have a screened in porch and a deck vs. just a deck. we also have a stone front not just siding. Why are we listed on zillow at $402,500 when that matching property just sold in July 2010 for $466,000?

This is your Zestimate.  It is actually based on the Assessed  value of your home and most of the time the Assessed value is much less than the actual value.  This is a good thing for your taxes but it might not look good when you are comparing your home to your neighbors.  Don't get too worried about it. If you wan't to feel better have a local Realtor come and do a CMA for you to tell you what they think the real time value is.
