Sometimes duplicates happen when an agent lists the house for sale with a slightly different address, other times they are a glitch picked up form the public information side.
First, I would claim the page that you want to keep that is more accurate so that Zillow does not removed that one by mistake. Then, I would flag the duplicate page here with the yellow "edit" pencil under the main house photo to "report problem with listing". Zillow will remove the duplicate. Hope it helps.

If it was listed in the mls once as richmond as the city and now henrico that would be some someone would need to go into the system and fix.A lot of richmond zips are being reclaimed by their countys the same thing has happened in chesterfiel feel free to contact me and i will see what i can do to get it fixed for you
