As you and I both know, the Zestimates on Zillow are not always entirely accurate for homes in Coronado since every home is so different (as opposed to a track home or condo complex). I am happy to drop off or email a quick Comparative Market Analysis for you so you can establish the current market value of your home.
In the mean time, I believe that if you set up a "make me move" option, then it will automatically give you a zestimate.
