my home was posted on zillow by postlets and zillow will not let me edit it...how do I do that?

Once the property is feeding from a site like postlets, all edits have to be done on the feed site  - i.e. postlets in this case. 

Here's a link to a  video on how to edit in postlets.
The advantage of doing your edits on postlets is that they will show up on the many sites that are syndicated with postlets.
