it appears that earlier this month you claimed your home and edited some facts (increasing room numbers). It is possible that the Zestimate will respond to the increase in the room number, but it takes time. I saw about 8 weeks when I monitored one carefully, I hear a few weeks to a few months.

Go into My Zillow, top right, claim your home and update some information. Zillow merely estimates the value of your home, if you truly want to know what its current range of value is hire an appraiser or ask a realtor to do a comparative market analysis.

The followed link has the similar figure, which may explain your home's Zestimate, However the estimate may not be correct.
