my house is under value??? the house down the street is one bdrm smaller, uglier, and has less land?i own 8591 crescent drive l.a.,ca. 90046. the house at 8631 crescent drive, has one bedroom less, has never been remodeled, has less sq. ft. and less land. My house, is actually a legal duplex, with high income potential. It has been remodeled completely, new copper plumbing, new upgraded electrical, new roof, new kitchens, and baths, custom wide plank wood flooring, and landscaping with sprinkler system. How on earth do you value a house with no landscaping, no improvements, and no curb appeal, less land , fewer bedrooms, and less sq. footage, higher than a fully improved, legal duplex, that is has a high rental income property???
