Are you struggling to make the payments?
No, hang in there.
Yes, call your bank and discuss with them your situation.
Forget Loan Modification Services, do it yourself. If you happen to employ the services of one make sure you don't pay upfront. Read the Notice Requied by CA Law: Ca Civil Code 2945-2945.11.

Here is the real answer, except I liked doobie57z.  Your options are pay the legal contract you signed saying you would pay your debt, ask for a loan modification which could lower your payments if you are unable to pay, or walk away.  There should never be a free lunch.  You bought something that depreciated in value just like my 401k.
