Zillow has no enough your home information therefore they may not estimate the value correctly, claim your home in the home detail page and edit the incorrect details, it may effect Zestimate in a few weeks (no longer than 8 weeks).

I appreciate your quick responses.  I want to correct this, what do I need to do.  i want a picture of MY house and price index that is reflective of the actual value.  What is the point of having Zillow if it is not accurate.  What do you reccomend to correct this mistake?

yeah I know the area well - it seems that on Zillow it is finding another Tiger Lane (w/condos) - but tax records etc on the SoCal MLS etc reflect your property values correctly (approx. $508K) - it would be good to have it corrected but no need to worry, when you are ready to sell you will have enough other things to backup the value etc.

the aerial view photo, the price, nothing is correct about it
