I own my home, a triple wide mobile home on 5+ acres, A good 2to 3 acres is wet lands, how will this affect my price when i am ready to sell.

Areas of your property that are wet lands are generally not developable or buildable in most places. Many people like them as a natural buffer space, but you should not expect to get the same price for your house as a seller with a similar house on 5 dry acres.
