my realtor did not include everything we wanted in the offer. Is there anything we can do

We wanted an allowance to finish the basement floor, when we were talking with the realtor she was writing everything down. however when she wrote up the contract she did not include it. We signed it without reading it (like you're not supposed to do). Is there anything we can do

If the contract is executed and you are still within your inspection/finance contingency, have your agent discuss the matter with the selling agent.

You can cancel and re-submit a new offer as well depending on your contract.

If the offer hasn't been presented and accepted by the contractor/seller, then call the agent and ask for it to be revised.

Never never never sign a document without reading it, even if it takes hours.

Do you know if your offer has been accepted by the sellers? If not, have your agent amend the offer to include the allowance.
