You can obtain a Zestimate by clicking on homes in the top line, then entering the address and clicking on "go". You will see a pop up box on a map with the Zestimate. Click on the address in the box to get the home details page. Make sure you observe the range of the Zestimate.
A Zestimate is a number from a statistical model using public facts. Zillow is not able to include upgrades specifically in their calculations. If reflected, the upgrades would be drawn into the calculation using the tax assessment and most recently sales price.
