We know the big lenders ( wells fargo,citibank,etc.)are making these loans in the large population markets like  L.A.,CHICAGO,HOUSTON,N.Y.ALL THE LARGE MARKETS, But the small markets like Oklahoma are being over looked, now is a good time for an investor, to take advantage of the lack of service in these smaller markets, and earn 9% interest on real estate backed mortgages...as a REALTOR, we can bring 100+ new loan apps annually, to any savy lender or investor, that can do large volume, can get ahead of the big corps, Bank of America is contemplating getting into I.T.I.N. Lending, nation wide, Banco Popular may as well, altho right now they only doing these loans in Texas, but with a slight change in the politcal climate, lots of lenders are ready to jump in, The time is right for an investor to get a jump on the rest and get a large share of these loans, while the big boys sit around scratching their heads.
