need some special help with the sale of our manufactured home to buy a new home.

Wondering if there is a Realitor who has a speciality with finding homes for people who have a bankrupsy and forclosure on there credit? Our bankrupsy has just ended all of this was due to illness.  We own our home in Rancho Verde Mobile home park, and our first home was on Primrose Ct, and would love to move back to this area to completely retire.  Both of us have Social Security, and a life term disability payment monthly, and with the sale of our home we would have a large down payment, but getting a loan maybe FHA may still be a problem.  Please respond and let us no about 3315 Primrose Ct. Thank You, Leah.

Leah,

Depending on the type of bankruptcy you completed, Chapter 13 versus Chapter 7, your next purchase could take place within 1 to 2 years. I recommend you speak with your tax consultant or CPA, then sit down with a reputable local lender. I'm happy to provide you with a few options. Once you fully understand what your options are and purchasing power really is, whoever you choose to represent you for the sale of your manufactured home can also help you purchase.

Leah,

A realtor can give you some guidance on who a good lender might be for you to contact, but the lender is the one that would provide you with the information you need.

Leah,

Definitely contact a lender to find out your options and if you are not sure who to ask, feel free to contact a realtor. They will be able to direct you to the correct professional and help you with this process.

Hello Leah, to qualify for a FHA loan it takes 3 years from the completion date for a Foreclosure and 2 years for a BK. If you qualify for a VA it's two years. The only other option I see is a private money loan. Hope this helps.

You need to start with a lender for pre-approval before meeting with an agent.
