jazzolino, your post would seem to be outside of the good neighbor no self promotion policy. They have the policy posted here. You can definitely direct people to your profile page so people can learn more about your and your business. Zillow has a great video to help you make the most out of your profile here. Hope the links are useful.

You need a Realtor that is Most Familiar with your neighborhood and has had success selling there.

Anne,
If you want to find a Realtor that you know has the experience you need, you should locate one by referral. If you have no one in your circle of friends or family in the area that can recommend someone who is a top selling or listing agent, try a free referral service. They have the connections to find the best Realtors in the local offices and you will not have to rely on a sales pitch or guesswork.
Good Luck and Best Wishes,
Anne

The best way to find a good agent in the area is to ask colleagues and friends for agents they trust. Just as you would ask a friend to recommend a Doctor or Handyman. People who have great relationships with their agents will remember them. It is important to also shop around. Make some listing appointments and ask agents to interview. Most important is that you find an agent who you are comfortable with and who has your homes best interest in mind.
The busiest agents are not always the best bet. Make sure you find and agent who is dedicated and knows your neighborhood. Some agents now are very busy because they have tons of bank foreclosure listings. Sometimes they are very new agents and have jumped into the REO market. They may not be what you need to best market your home.
Good Luck and I can always refer you an agent to interview as well.

We have found the best way to find a realtor in our area is to look for the most active realtors in the area (signs, advertisements etc) and then interview them rigorously. What characteristics are important to you in a realtor? Last time we sold, we interviewed five realtors. A couple were kicked out in 10 minutes as unsuitable for our needs, but the other three were grilled for a full two hours.
