Do not rely on sales listed on sites such as Zillow as they may not be as accurate.. Contact a few local real estate agents in your area for a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) or check public records or your local newspaper for recent sale transactions. If you are checking on your own you may run into a bit of difficulty as your value will be best depicted in home sales comparable in style, size, condition, and so forth to your own home.

contact a good local listing agent where your property is located... and have that agent run you numbers.. now more than ever it is important to be accurate in your valuations... good luck... if you need a referral let me know...
