Lots of good advise below ...... likely the fastest and least expensive way is to contact a known and recommended RE agent in your area and ask for a CMA (Comparative Market Anaylsis).  As noted below - usually an agent or RE office will offter to do that for no charge in anticipation of your possibly listing the property with them.

Best success .............

How are you defining "value"? Zillow.com provides a free "Zestimate" but that is not considered accurate or up to date. You should consider speaking with a local agent or Realtor to look at recent sold comps or a CMA. Or you may order an apprasial, a property in today's market is only worth what a bank/lender will lend (& they lend based on an apprasial). This will cost you around $400, but if you are weighing your options as to sell or not, this will provide a more accurate value then Zillow. Best of luck. Spirit

You can visit a REALTOR website and request a free home valuation report. You will have to provide details about your home and a real person with experience in your area will run comps and send you a report.

I hope this helps. Good luck!

The Zestimate recalculates about 3 times a week.     If you wish to go beyond a Zestimate, then you may wish to speak to agents about a CMA (most will do it for free, hoping for your future business) or pay for an appraisal (perhaps $200 to $500).

If you noticed there are incorrect facts on your home, you can claim your home and edit those facts.  The Zestimate update based on the next facts will take a few weeks to a few months to show.
