HUD approved housing in the Wheeling area (including Wheeling Island) can be difficult to find (especially for a family of 4+ people). Your best bet is to pick-up the approved/printed list of available HUD Rentals from the Housing Department (Elm Grove location by Hildar generally has plenty).
You can also contact landlord's directly in hopes they might be willing to have the property HUD approved.
