Sounds like you are venting about not being approved for a loan. Things have changed. You have to forget about what you have experienced in the past because loans are so heavily scrutinized now....for EVERYONE.

I can see you are upset, but if you would try to put this information into a cohesive question, one of us might know a way to help you fix your problem. I've seen a lot of bright people on this community.

What are you trying to do? What is the situation? Why have you been turned down?

I guess it is getting pretty bad out there.
I have a client that is trying to get a construction loan for a $410,000 knock down rebuild.
No one wants to loan him the money.

How are we supposed to get the economy going again with out any loans ?

A loan would help him out plus provide work and income for 20 of my subcontractors .
