Dave is correct that VA and USDA are no downpayment loans and the only two I know of as well.  Andre Orange is talking about HUD's program where you buy a HUD home and use a HUD loan (FHA) to buy it and instead of a 3.5% down payment you can just get by with $500.  If you're not a veteran and can't go USDA (which is a great loan) then the $500 down gig would be next cheapest.  ******ALSO, check into local county and state programs that have down payment asistance and other means neccassary to get people into homes with little or no money down.  Many times they are geared to lower incomes but worth checking into.  Good luck.

Hello,

I work with a couple of mortgage lenders that have programs where you may qualify for as little as $500 down to get you in a home.  All dependent upon your credit.  Contact me for more information.
