I can do mobile home loans via FHA, you would need 3.5% to put down and credit scores of 640 in order for me to help you get  a loan.

Spend some time saving up a down payment, building up your credit scores then meet with local lenders such as credit unions.   In fact, a good loan person will be able to give you some advice on improving your credit score.    Then you may find a lender who will consider offering you a loan.    It is harder to get loans for mobile homes than for stick houses.
