It isn't my listing but I am a Realtor and I was familiar with that home. There are pictures in MLS of the home, it has since sold. Most Realtors aren't using Zillow so they don't think to update the info on Zillo's site. Sacramento is fortunate enough to have one of the most advanced MLS systems in the nation, so Zillow hasn't become a tool we use a lot. Especially in these old neighbors hoods, where Zillos estimate of value is usually pretty different from the actual value of the home.
Hopefully, more of us will use it in the future.
