They moved out monthes ago leaving the house a mess. It has not sold yet but they have moved to Heffner rd in Wernersville, PA. From what I have heard from friends.neighbors they feel there is no comps to support the price they are asking because they are local celebrities and that alone will sell the house. They don't need it to sell quickly and they will wait for the right buyer willing to pay the asking price. I say good luck!
