I flagged your post so Zillow can investigate why there is missing price history and contact the county to confirm.
It looks as if you purchased your home during the peak, so the price you will be able to obtain today is likely to be considerably less than you paid unless you've done major remodeling and/or added on. You sure got a major reduction in the tax assessed value - that will affect your Zestimate. It is lower than several neighbors.

on my home we purchased 7 years ago you still have previous owner and price they paid.
