As for last year's approximate value that doesn't show up in the chart? The estimating method was revised to track the market better. Last year's calculations are not as good at the ones being done this year.
You might also note that this unit is being estimated quite a bit above the median for the area... thus you might want to look at the "local info" pages (tab above) for Zip Code 95435 and look at the "upper tier" trend data for comparison.
You can download any of the data on the local info pages for use in Excel.
(There also is a way to download the estimate trend for a house, but it is a bit obscure and not documented anywhere).

Only agents and owners provide Listing prices. If you listed it, it is your own issue. If an agent listed it, then you need to deal with the agent.
On the other hand, if you are referring to the opinion of approximate value, then look at the trend chart:

Notice how it fluctuates, but the index for the Zip Code does not?
The movement in values is what you see for the Zip Code. The fluctuation of individual opinions of possible value only indicate the sparse sales in the area and the random nature of what sells at any given point in time.
Don't worry too much. The estimates are recalculated 3 times a week, and the next house sold in the area will likely cause the opinion of approximate value to move the other way.
