On zillow you can claim a house. You can then input your own corrected facts.

You can have it measured by an appraiser, they will do this service for you for about 200.00 and then they will give you a formal letter that states the measurement. If you are in the Katy Texas or West Houston area I can send you a couple of names of appraisers that can help you with this...
